First time I heard you, I was in high school. Our band director had an awesome stereo set up in the band room. He put on Fantasy on the turntable and I was hooked! Incredible music that shaped my life.
He was an amazing singer and he inspired me through his energetic, truthful, and beautiful music. Much Love. RIP King. I learned how to hear music, I learned how to listen to music, I understood the power of music and music became the passion of my life because of them.
The music is timeless and simply magical. Thank you Maurice for being a positive force in my life yesterday, today and forever.

Lately I had difficulties in my personal life we all do. Suddenly the Angel of Maurice and his group appeared from nowhere and everything started to change for teh better.

I listen EWF music since I was in highschool, 35 years ago. I love their music from the very first time. Maurice was a genius, thanks for the beautiful songs that come from the heart. We live in New Zealand. I watch non stop EWF videos almost daily. I miss Maurice…. My mother introduced me to the remarkable experience of of everything that embodies music to me. The peace in the lyrics, the voices in harmony, the funk in the music that made you move, groove, and feel the love.

He was my favorite singer ever and taught me more about songwriting than anyone on the planet. He was a spectacular being.
